
Food adventures at The Stone Cottage, HAMPTON HOMESTEAD have been evolving in the last couple of years.Providing evening meals for our B&B guests evolved into the BYO restaurant ‘Phuell Phine Dining’ (think ‘Fuel’ for the body mind and soul) and has enjoyed a great variety of patronage both locally and with guests from Sydney, interstate and overseas. Increasingly ‘Phuell’ has begun to specialise in hosting phunctions such as birthdays and anniversaries and provides a variety of options as outlined below.

Dinner is available for B&B guests any night of the week by arrangement with 48 hrs notice preferred. Presently, others wishing to dine at ‘Phuell’ need a party of 8 or more. See Phunctions on Phuell below.


Hampton Homestead has the philosophy that breakfast should keep you going all day.
For B&B guests, breakfast is included in the tariff and includes juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, including muesli, followed
by a cooked breakfast, with farm fresh eggs cooked in a variety of ways accompanied by tomato, mushrooms, bacon and sausages. And of course there is plenty of toast with a variety of spreads, plus plunger coffee or leaf tea of your choice.


Delicious Hampton Picnic Hampers can be made up for couples or small
groups to either take with them, to a picnic place of their choice, or they
can relax on a blanket next to our spring fed dam and take in the views. At least 48 hours notice is required for these. Hampers from $40 for two.

Phuell Phine Dining is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion,
or just a memorable get-together of family or friends.
Phunctions for lunch and dinner for parties who are not staying at the Homestead now need to have a minimum number of 8 people choosing from a range of options as outlined below. (see the Menus section for more detail on these options)
Parties booking a Phunction on Phuell generally have private and exclusive use of the place. Children can also be catered for - talk to us about options and prices if relevant. Phuell is BYO, with no corkage charge.
The Phuell BANQUET
This option provides full table service at your specially prepared table,
with choices from our A la Carte menu. Bookings and menu choices
are required to be made in advance. Maximum numbers about 20.
2 courses for $55 per head, 3 courses for $75 per head
The SUNDAY ROAST
This option provides an alternative to the A la Carte menu
and allows patrons to enjoy an old fashioned roast lunch or dinner,
seated at a specially prepared table. Prior menu choices not required.
2 courses for $50 per head, 3 courses for $65 per head
The Phuell BUFFET
This option allows for a little more mobility for parties of ten or more,
with choices made from a buffet table, allowing a sampling of different dishes. Seating may be at different tables, depending on the numbers in the party.
2 courses for $45 per head, 3 courses for $60 per head
The BUFFET LUNCHEON
This least formal option is available for parties of 12 or more,
and provides a buffet suitable for those wishing for a lighter lunch.
Main Course only $25 per head, Dessert for $10, Tea or coffee & Homestead biscuits $5

Phunctions on Phuell require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with finsal numbers and menu choices at least 5 days in advance. Balance is payable, based on these final numbers.
